An African style Rolex snack is a Ugandan street food.
It consists of a chapati popularly known as Flat Bread and eggs.
The Rolex is a type of food eaten on the streets of Kampala, Uganda and all across East Africa.
It’s usually called “Kikomando” by the people from the Ghetto suburbs in Uganda.
“Kikomando” is a local name from the central part of Uganda (Buganda) that derives from an English word Commando.
Eggs are fried with other ingredients like tomatoes, carrots and onions in this tasty recipe.

Then roll your chapati with the fried eggs inside.
