World Cup Bound Juniors Meet Ugandan Stars

Kampala Uganda – Uganda’s representatives at the forth coming Football For Friendship programme had the biggest opportunity of meeting up with different sports figures as a way of inspiring them in their bid to become future sports stars.

Abukar Musa Mwiteneza and Lwanga Charles had the rare chance of interacting with 2008 footballer of the year Brian Umony, in a candid interview at Umony’s residence they discussed issues ranging from discipline, career and what motivates athletes which Umony gladly answered.

Other sports figures they met include KCCA FC manager Mike Mutebi, and former Uganda Cranes winger Sulaiman Mutyaba.

The Football For Friendship Programme will see the two youngsters attend a tournament where they are expected to interact with over 200 other participants from different parts of the world, they will also watch the opening game of the 2018 FIFA World cup.
