Rapper Lil Mama,(28), was honored by the New York City Council’s Black, Latino and Asian Caucus (BLAC) on Tuesday, June, 12.
The recognition was part of this year’s African-American Music Appreciation Month.
Lil Mama’s latest achievement comes after she addressed her recent bankruptcy.
One of her followers, Madina Toure shared a video clip on twitter showing Lil Mama receiving her honor at New York City BLAC Hall.
