Comedian Trevor Noah’s Daily Show nabs an Emmy Nomination. See Full List of nominees.

South African-US based comedian Trevor Noah has nabbed a 2018 Emmy Nomination Award.

The Primetime Emmy Award is an American award bestowed by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in recognition of excellence in American primetime television programming. The Primetime Emmy Awards are presented by Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

The 70th annual Emmy Awards is scheduled to take place in September, 17, 2018. Emmy Awards will be hosted by Michael Che, Colin Jost.

He announced on Thursday that he scored a nod at the prestigious 2018 Emmy Awards on twitter.

Trevor and his team have been nominated in the Best Variety Talk Series category.

Trevor Noah is up against Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert and Britain’s James Corden.
