According to reports, Breezy pleads not guilty to an alleged battery assault case, his attorney reveals.
The warrant alleges Brown battered Bennie Vines Jr., who was hired by a club to take photos during an event hosted by Brown.
Last Year, Bennie Vines told officers that while he was snapping photos, Brown punched him but he left before police arrived to settle their case. Last week, Chris Brown got arrested for this same alleged attack on photographer in Florida but has pleaded not guilty to the said criminal case.
